About
A strategic implementer, not just an advisor.
Anderson Laureano-Matos founded Innovare Solutions Group after more than 13 years building, enhancing, and running the functions most organizations only talk about fixing. Most recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer and Deputy Chief of Operations at Jenner & Block, a top national law firm (AmLaw 100), where he built the firm's first centralized procurement function and Enterprise Project Management Office, led the strategy, prioritization, and execution for firm-wide initiatives, and advised the C-suite and firm leadership on real estate, technology, organizational management, budgeting, and enterprise risk.
Before that, he spent nearly a decade across public-sector operations and advisory work. He directed business operations at Chicago Public Schools and managed technology and procurement projects at the Chicago Transit Authority, then returned to consulting, leading management audits, operational assessments, and transformation engagements for public agencies and private-sector clients alike.
